2009
We completed over S$70 million worth of contracts at Universal Studios Singapore. Our Interiors division rolled-out new concept stores for Swarovski in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. We also fitted out stores for new brands at Luxury Fashion at Resorts World Sentosa. These include Victoria's Secret, Canali and Swiss Watch Gallery. In addition, we also supplied store fixtures to Polo Ralph Lauren for their shops across Europe.
2008
We were awarded a five-year contact to fabricate seating and Corporate Suites for the upcoming 2008 FORMULA 1TM Singtel Singapore Grand Prix. We also secured a major contract with Resorts World to fabricate and construct show sets and props for the Waterworld Attraction of RWS Universal Studios Singapore.
2007
We worked with some of the renowned retail brands and completed 30 projects at two of Malaysia's biggest shopping malls, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and The Gardens at Mid Valley City. This includes Esprit's three-storey flagship store which is by far the biggest in the region. We also saw the realization of the sequel to the award-winning horological show, TEMPUS - The Temple of Time, as the event's official contractor.
2006
We completed more than S$10 million worth of retail projects at Vivo City, Singapore's largest retail and lifestyle destination. Also in 2006, we fabricated and installed five galleries in the Singapore National Museum and constructed iSpace, a permanent exhibition at the Singapore Science Centre, within a span of three months.
2005
We designed and fabricated the first three-storey pavilion in Singapore for Dynamics3: The New BMW 3 Series Launch. Consequently, we were appointed to design and built two BMW showrooms in Singapore. Our Beijing office was also tasked to design and fabricate the biggest film museum in the whole world - the China National Film Museum.
2004
We provided turnkey solution for the first luxury watch exhibition in Asia - Tempus, The Great Watchscapade; the project won the Best Retail Event of the Year Award in 2005 organized by the Singapore Retailers Association. On the same year, we designed and fitted-out Esprit and Adidas stores in Singapore to reflect their new and improved retail concepts.

We designed and fitted out 77 Burberry outlets in 11 countries across Asia Pacific. Likewise, We designed & fabricated the world renowned exhibition, Body Worlds (The Anatomical Exhibition of Real Human Bodies), when it traveled to Singapore.

We successfully carried out roll-out management projects for UOB, where we managed, designed, produced and installed interiors for 34 UOB branches in Singapore.
2001
We successfully carried out the roll-out management project for The Body Shop. We were appointed by The Body Shop to manage, design, produce and install interiors for 29 outlets in Singapore and seven outlets in Taiwan.
2000
We were appointed the designer and builder for the first "thematic" retail store for DFS Galleria flagship store at Millenia Walk, Singapore - "Experiencing Singapura". This project won the Best Retail Concept of the Year Award in 2001 organised by the Singapore Retailers Association.
1999
We were involved in the Petronas Malaysian Grand Prix - F1 Formula One World Championship at the new Sepang F1 Circuit as the builder of the hospitality lounge for sponsors.

We were appointed the main contractor for the Rotary International Convention.
1998
We were involved in the 16th Commonwealth Games held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as the main contractor to construct hospitality villages for the sponsors and production of banners and other decorations.

We were awarded the contract to construct the exhibits at the Petrosains Discovery Centre in Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia.

Together with Mice Plc of UK, we were appointed the main contractor for the Singapore Discovery Centre.
1995
We were commissioned to fit-out the first Philatelic Museum in South East Asia, the Singapore Philatelic Museum. The Polo Ralph Lauren flagship store at Suntec City was designed and produced by us in the same year.

We were appointed the main contractor of the Defence Show in Thailand. In the same year, we were appointed designers and contractors for the Brunei pavilion and constructed the European Community and Saudi Arabia pavilions at World Exposition, Taejon, South Korea.

The STB commissioned us to design and construct the Singapore pavilion for the World Exposition in Seville, Spain.

We were appointed the main contractor for the first International Maritime and Air Show in Malaysia, the Langkawi International Maritime and Air Show (LIMA).
1990
We were appointed the main contractor for the 25th National Day Celebrations - Singapore's Silver Jubilee Celebration which was held at the Singapore National Stadium.

We secured a five year contract from Debis Marketing Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Daimler Benz Group in Germany, to handle their exhibitions and events in the Asia Pacific region.

We were appointed the main contractor for the Asian Aerospace in Singapore, one of the world's most significant air-shows and Asia's largest air-show.
1987
We handled our first overseas departmental store assignment - design and fit-out works for Printemps departmental store in Malaysia, after our successful design and fit-out works for Printemps' Singapore department stores in 1984.
1986
We were appointed the designer and builder for the entire stores of St Michael's (now known as Marks & Spencer) and John Little in Singapore. In that year, we also fit-out three out of four floors of Galleries Lafayette in Singapore.

Our first contract from the operators of Robinsons Department Store was to fit-out part of the store interiors at Centrepoint. Since then, we have successfully completed several other renovations and fitting-out works for the same store, as well as completed the design and production of Robinsons' second retail store at Raffles City, Singapore in 2001.

We were commissioned by the STB to design and decorate the first Christmas Light Up along Orchard Road, Singapore followed by the Lunar New Year decorations in Chinatown, Hari Raya decorations in Geylang and Deepavali decorations in Serangoon "Little India".

We were commissioned by the STB to design the Singapore pavilion in the International Tourism Exchange, Berlin, one of the world's leading travel and tourism trade shows.

We were appointed the main contractor for one of the pioneer trade shows specialising in home furniture and decorations in Singapore - The Homemakers.

We achieved our first break-through in the design and production of interiors for up-market retail clients when we were appointed by clients representing brands such as Pierre Balmain, Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Davidoff to design and/or fit-out their retail stores in Singapore.
